I have 100 guests. Each table fits 10 ppl, so I need 10 tables in total.

So you have enough to fit everyone?

If u are inviting 400 ppl, rule is 15% will NO show up.... I think u may be needed 30 to be sure... But then again, Ur not sure of how many guest will coemt o the wedding....
if the rule is true, then ull have 340 showing up at ur wedding... 340/12= 28.3 So lets say 30
