Spin off to wanting to eat....need motivation

HELP !!
motivation to go to the gym !!!

I just thought of everyone seeing me for the first time in my wedding garb as I walked up the aisle. Then I thought of my bingo wings and that made me stay on that elliptical machine. It also didn't hurt that I was watching tv while at the gym and nobody would talk to me and interrupt me while a very important scene from The Hills played. It made me want to run to California and kick Spencer

i looked at AMJA's bach. pics they def getting me motivated!! I am far from that

If you have an i-pod put some kick butt songs on it. It sounds silly, but it works for me. I put songs that I like to dance to on it and it keeps me into the workout.

OK- I NEEDED THAT
