was that the only gift? (it actually sounds like what I used as my wedding favors)

I know that I gave out some 'small' things just as little keepsake trinket things.

I have to say, hands down, the WORST gift I received was:

Personalized stationary- my name was spelled incorrectly

yup that was the only bridal party gift for the girls...the guys for that wedding got a beer mug...the favor was a yankee trader candle.

A handmade green and white beaded necklace to match the green BM dress.

The bride's sister made them and she was going through a very 'crunchy' phase at the time. The necklace looked like something a 1st grader could make. It killed the look of the otherwise nice BM dress.

Mine would have to be some of the wedding jewlery I received. It was my 'gift' and I wore it the wedding day and never again. The one I hated the most was the necklace, braclet, and earing set of fake pearls. They weren't even nice looking fakes, but small plasticy looking ones.

I must have gotten about 3 sets of that cr@ppy jewelry....

another bad gift at the time were these huge 3 ft candlesticks - I was 22, living at home - they really didn't go well in my bedroom

A small photo album that said 'Our Wedding' on it. Can you say useless? It was your wedding, not mine.

Also, a trinket box to match a frame that was given. The box is very pretty, but too small to be of any use.
