costco sells a decently lowfat one

i also have a recipe for a crust free spinach pie- and its SUPER easy

mix 2 eggs, 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach well drained, 8 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar and 8 oz of reduced fat cottage cheese, salt and pepper,

spray a pie dish with pam and dump the mixture into the pan. then sprinkle the top with more cheese

thorw in the oven for 20-22 minutes at 400 degrees

let cool aout 10 minutes to solidify
