OMG I couldnt walk after the first time. My a$$ was soooooooo sore. We went and bought seat pads. They help but not enough. Next step is padded shorts

What gym do you go to? We will continue to do this. I know its really good and will help me loose weight. I just dread getting on the bike

I go to spinning classes. At first its torture. But after a week of doing it, you'll feel fine afterwards.

they say you burn 700 calories in an hour ...not a bad deal\
i like it better than getting on that boring treadmill everyday

Oh we go in Bellmore. Def. get the seat cover. We got ours at D*cks. They had better ones than Modells. $20 not bad for less pain in the a$$

Re: Spinning classes
I actually went to my second spin class on Saturday, but i'm so confused - how high am I supposed to put the resistance on? Everyone was sweating profusely and I was like doo doo doo.... (and no, that doesn't mean i'm in shape, because I'm far from it!!)
