SPINNOFF endlessluv429s post - CONTACT WEARERS

Do you take them out every night??? Or leave them in?

I usually take them out since I have disposables. Every once in a while I forget or fall asleep with them in by accident.

I admit to have fallen asleep with them in, but only if I am really tired!!

i have disposables, so i take them out every night. i do nap with them in.

I have disposables and used to sleep in them all the time and not change them for like a month.

In the past six months or so, they bother me all the time and I take them out every night, if not before the end of the day at work but I'm thinking it's how dry & awful it is in my office.

I take mine out every night. I heard that leaving them in over night can worsen an astigmatism, which I have. I don't know how true that is, but I don't want to take chances. My eyes are bad enough as it is.

I have that in one eye...and I have been so lazy taking them out...thats probably where my headaches are comign from!!!!

I never take mine out. I sleep, shower, sleep, do everything with them in until I change them every 2 months. I am getting worried now that I should take them out.

Out every night!! I wear disposables also and I love them because I'm constantly getting protein deposits and it's a beautiful thing to just have another pair laying around!!

As for leaving them in, I can't stand the glued to my eyeball feeling when I take a nap (which I have no ide what that is anymore since the Cub came along ), so I could only imagine how they would feel all night!!!
