Spinoff: Do you get along with FIL's

It seems like a lot of people don't get along with the future in laws. How many people get along with them. Fine are really nice. They treat me wonderfully. I like that since my parents live in Florida. FH's parents were just thrilled when FH met me. What's not to like I get along great with them.

As some of you might have read in my post, Mine purposely planned a trip to DR and wont be coming home until the day after our wedding. So yes, we get along just FINE. NOOT!!!

FH's parents are divorced.

FMIL and her new husband are really fun, happy people. FFIL might be a nice person, but he doesnt talk, AT ALL. I know he loves FH very much, but I think he could pretty much take me or leave me. It used to really bother me that he never spoke to me, but then I just gave up and figured, one out of two in laws ain't bad.

I love my FIL. FH is really close to his family and I couldn't see him marrying someone who did not get along with them. His family is so fun though, that I don't know how anyone could not love them. I'm really blessed to be marrying this man and to entered into his family.

I LOVE them and they LOVE me too!! They are just cool laid back fun kind of people. I love his brothers and sister and his parents are the BEST!! I am definately lucky!!

I love mine...i come from a big family, and FH is really small, so its nice to see how it is on 'the other side'. My future brother in law is like a brother to me, and FH's parents adore me and I adore them...i feel very lucky that I will be part of their family :)

I Love them. In fact I finished registering on Thursday and I think they bought all my china with accessories and the silverware with the hostess setting. Now I love them a whole lot more. But keep it quiet because i do not want them to know that I know.

I love my FIL's. I get along so well with them, they are such generous people who are willing to bend over backwards for you. They are unassuming, laid back people.

Just last night my FFIL drove to JFK with me from Massapequa so he could sign a waiver to release FH's frequent flyer miles to me since FH is away and couldn't sign it for me.

Seems liek we have a good track record here on 05!

I really love my in laws - my FFIL is the most amazing man, he is like another grandpa to me. His mom and sisters are awesome, I hang out with them without him.

They always joke 'If you decide to get rid of him, we'll still keep you around!'
