I can make an apple crumb pie, a chocolate pudding pie (both the pudding and the graham cracker crust) and a lemon meringue.

I'm sure I can if I wanted to put the time into it but I'm a little intimidated. My MIL is the best cook I know and her homemade pies always come out messed up, like too watery. I figure if she can't do it well, what hope is there for me!

yep! I make apple pies from scratch the most, and if I had the time, I'd try to make a pumpkin pie from scratch. I pumpkin pie.

I made my first apple pie from scratch last Christmas, and it was pretty good if I do say so, I'm gonna try that and blueberry this year
