Spinoff from curlysue's post. Who do you use for phone, cable, internet?

I use:

Verizon for home= $85
At&t for cell= $50
Cablevison for cable = $50
Cablevision for internet = $50

Who do you use and how much do you pay (if you don't mind). I need CHEAPER than this when I finally move into my new home

AT&T for my cell phone.. I'm not sure what FILs use for the house. We have IO cable and Optimum Online, both ridiculously expensive too
