Spinoff from the Brain Dead woman allowed to live - court ruling scaring me in regards to pro-choice

The more I thought about it last night, the more I started getting angry.

I just have to share. I am VERY open and honest that I don't feel that *I* or anyone else has to right to tell another human being what they can and can not do with thier body.

Hell we let some guy kill a chicken for religious freedom without prosectution for animal cruelty God Bless America.

SOOOOO

This brain dead woman. From what I understand 13 years of comatose state. Now the GOVERNMENT has basically said it's not LEGAL to allow her to die.

My scenero:
(The Anti-Choice folks): Well, if a woman who has no brainwaves has a legal right to live, then what about the unborn who have brain waves?
(The Pro-Choice) you mean the one month old growth that can't survive outside my body?

Ok, this is gonna get nasty FAST.

Why did they do it? I mean Bush DID right a letter as 'friend of the court' asking to stay the order to remove her tube but that got very little press. He tried. Then the state legistation passed a law providing him the right to overturn the ruling to remove her tube. Now it put the spot light on Bush. He got SCREWED. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

If he does, he puts a spin on pro-choice.
If he doesn't, he's seen as killing an innocent (all be it brain dead) woman.

This issue seems a lot larger to me that a brain dead woman of 13 years.

PLUS her parents COULD see her, just not aloen. Seeing how they've been acting, I wouldnt allow them alone with her, they might actually kidnap her.

I think the husband had EVERY right to make this call. Years of court and tax payers money and it came to this????

*AGGRIVATED!*

sorry for the vent.

OH and sorry to all I probably offended. No offense intended just sharing my personal opinions.

I agree, which is why it is SO important to have a living will! I am on the husband's side, he knew what his wife would have wanted. It is NOT for the government to make this decision! A person's life, and their families lives, should NOT be made a spectacle of by some power and publicity-hungry politicians. Sickens me!!!
