Yes, I have. He thought it was cute--as did all his female co-workers at the time!

I used to leave him roses on his car when we were dating. Lately (within the last five years) nope!

I never have - I know that he would think I was crazy. He always says he doesn't like to buy me flowers b/c they die, so I don't think that he would want them.

I'm sure he would rather me buy him food.... although that doesn't last either!!

This past Valentine's day I had a bonsai sent to his office. He's really into japanese culture (we had to make a point of seeing this bonsai exhibit at disney) and he takes care of it every day. It's lasted a lot longer than flowers. Today is his one year anniversary at his job, so I was thinking of sending him flowers, but they're expensive and they die. Maybe I can calla local deli and have them send him food. LOL

I did twice -

once, after he was in a car accident. I brought flowers and chinese food.

And another time, just for no reason, and he HATED it! He said, 'I'm not a girl, why do I need flowers?!'

I would never send them to his job or present them to him in public, but I bring them home. Sometimes just because, but recently I did it when he was finally feeling better after being in a lot of pain for 4 days.

He likes plants though, so he isn't really insulted by flowers.

My grandfather was so baffled when my family sent him flowers for his 85th birthday! He kept saying, I was so shocked, I thohgt it was a msitake, men don't get flowers!

Oh, no, Heather. I wouldn't send Jean flowers...leave him alone with them for 15 minutes and he'll be a certified botanist!!!

I never have...i can't see him appreciating them at all. He'd be happier if I came home with a nintendo power magazine!

LOL...Brad stopped getting them years ago, but he refuses to throw out his old issues, and he just signed up for 3 free issues, so he's reading it again.

Yous should see him with the plants. He has books, tools. . . fortunately wiith flowers, he just says he likes when I get ones with crazy colors.

( by the wya, he has now moved on to car maintenance & ceiling repair nerd.)

I sent my cousion a potted tree when he opeend his bar. We thougth it was a little more masculine.

It was supposed to be good luck--it wasn't. oops.
