My brother did this. He wore a nice suit and tie and his wife wore a white dress and she had a small bouquet of silk flowers. I took photos at town hall and it was nice that they were all dressed up. It was sort of funny to see what some people wear- jeans and casual stuff. I saw one woman with a gold, strapless dress that looked sort of like a prom dress - she was decked out!
