I ordered my dress through them and I had a wonderful experience choosing a dress....but now seeing so much negative stuff.....can I hear some positive experiences?
Is there someone specific I should ask to do my alterations when the time comes?

Faye did my friends alterations. She is a nice lady. I would suggest you make your appointments during the day -- off hours, this way you get the most attention possible..

I haven't done fittings yet with them but I ordered my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses there and so far they've been extremely helpful and attentive.
I'm hoping it continues!

I ordered my dress from them also & they have been wonderful so far & very helpful. Everytime I call witha questions the manager Josephine gets back to me within an hour.

I bought my dress there too. I have seen both positive and negative reviews. BUt that is also true for alot of bridal salons.

I ordered my dress through them since they are exclusivesly Demitrios and had a great experience with them from start to finish. The only time I got nervous was when I saw that my dress had been discontinued. I had put a deposit on it at a trunk show but delayed ordering. I expected a call if something had happened but I had to call them. They reassured me that no matter what the dress would have been cut for me but just to be safe we placed the order right away. The other thing was when I picked up my dress there were stains on it - very little tiny pin drop sized gray spots. But they got it out right away and repressed my dress. So the two things were resolved immediately.
My dress arrived exactly when they said it would and my fittings were great. Nina was my seamstress and I cannot put into words how great she was. I had a swatch with my blue monogram sewn in and she put beautiful pearl accents on it...she was so excited to show me that I cried when I saw it. It was perfect!
