My Keyboard Player was Jim Lowe & I think it was $200 for ceremony & CH. He also played a little as guests were arriving. Let me know if you need me to find the #.

He was wonderful to work with. He spent about an hour on the phone with me playing different pieces of music and talking about what I liked & wanted.

Rule of thumb when hiring coctail hour musicians, unless they are traveling far and wide and need to learn new music, they should be charging between 100 and 200 dollars per hour, per person. I am a musician and often tell people to call the music departments at the local colleges (mostly Stony Brook and Queens Collge). Their grad students usually have their numbers posted in the main offices for them to give out for things like this. If you are looking for musicians and aren't really too concerned about them being 'professional', I am having my students, whom are seniors in high school, play for my coctail hour and I know they do a lot of other weddings, etc. I can give you their info.
