Wow people got scared off because of the 'no Newsies' comment.
I love Grease (know every line), POTO (the music is addicting), and Les Miz. I'm still waiting for Moulin Rouge to go Broadway!
And sad to say, I never saw Rent.

Oh, I am such a Sondheim fan, and while I like Forum I LOVE Passion. Although I have to say that my favorite for right now is Spring Awakenings. Oh both of these are fairly dark musicals about sex/love. Interesting. For those who haven't seen Spring Awakenings go check it out. Your FH might even like it since there is naked boob in it.

I remember when The Who's Tommy was on Broadway too back in '92 or '93. I had 'Pinball Wizard' stock on my head for days.
I seriously wanna see Spring Awakening before I move to PA or at least before FI and I get married and move to CA. I heard nothing but great stuff about it.
And Grease 2.... you're not the only one. My SIL would start singing 'Cool Rider' (just like Michelle Pfeffer) in the shower.

Denise, you and FI actually do look like Danny and Sandy in that pic.
I remember in high school, some of the guys in Show Chorus would sing the Bianca song from Kiss Me Kate and annoys the heck outta me. LOL Funny that Kiss Me Kate and the movie '10 Things I Hate About You' came out the same time. Double the torture!

Crap I simply forgot West Side Story. As for Xanadu... I haven't seen the musical yet but I admit loving the movie basically for the music and that's it.
Another I grew to love as I got older was The Sound of Music. Hated the movie when I was younger but really enjoy watching it as an adult.
