Spinoff of dress down payment

SO far all i have completed it hall and church

If the dress down payment is typically 50% what about the down payment for photog, florist & dj???? is there a typical down payment for these as well???

florist - 1/4 of total
dj (i hired a band) - i think 1/3

They usually tell you how much they require...Flowers was 10% for my florist, Photo was $750, DJ was $500, DOC was however much I wanted to leave so I think I left $200...Each vendor has a different amount they want for deposit (One florist I talked to wanted 75% up front to book!!!!!!)

Initial for photo was 20% of the contract, near $1000 for us.

DJ the Deposit was $500, balance due day of. (just under 50%)
Harpist Deposit was 1/2, 300, balance due day of.

We haven't booked flowers yet, but I have heard of $50, 10% of the contract price, and up

For my florist I put down $300 and photo $300 as well. Haven't gotten DJ yet...

My Photographer was $500 down
Video was $500 down

I haven't booked a florist of DJ yet.

photo was around 500

florist was 10% which was 225.
