When you had your sonograms, did any of the dates more closely match the actual birthday of your son/daughter? I think most Dr's won't change the calculated EDD unless the sonogram shows something more/less than two weeks, but curious how it actually relates.

Re: Spinoff of EDD poll
btw, part of the reason I asked was because I have a difference of 12 days now between calculate, the first sonogram at 8 wks and the latest sonogram!

Re: Spinoff of EDD poll
My dr. did not change the 1/1 due date since they said 1/1, I guessed 12/30 based on charting, and ALL my sonos said 12/31. I had her on 12/14. Go figure. They change it if there is a 2 wk. diff. I think. Sorry I could not help.

Re: Spinoff of EDD poll
Based upon when I had my last AF, they calculated May 10th. All my sono's said the same thing, since the baby measured within the average for the # of weeks. Paul was born 1 minute before midnight on May 9th.

Re: Spinoff of EDD poll
I'm not sure if the dates match but I remember what the dr told me. He said NOT to pay attention to the future sonograms date. He said the first one at 7 or 8 weeks was the real edd.

Re: Spinoff of EDD poll
I was due June 14, based on my LMP and the sonograms said June 15th. My water broke on June 11th, and Lyla was born on the 12th.
