Fh will be going into the academy in January for the NYPD. He is so excited! He wants to be a police officer so much! I am really happy for him and excited that he found something he really loves. Part of me it a little nervous though, what are other people's experiences?

congrats !!!! my dh has been a p.o about 6 years and fingers crossed should be called for promotion to sgt very shortly. although there are times that you worry about there safety if they are truly happy with what they do you cant do anything but support them. if you need to chat send me an fm welcome to the family
