I don't! My mom used to and I always hated cold syrup on hot waffles!

If I buy cheap syrup (i.e., Aunt Jemima, etc.) I don't keep it in the fridge. But if it is the real McCoy Vermont Maple Syrup - they tell you to refrigerate it after opening.
