Spinoff off of 'I am so mad - Duet mentioned' - Patken Brides

Has this happened to you?
I swear I seem to think proofs are missing ? ?

I hope not...I already did my album layout. I only had one photgrapher so I knew I wouldn't get 1000's of proofs. I am still waiting to hear back from patken regarding some of my order

nope, but to be totally honest I feel I got exactly what I wanted from Patken. They number all there proof and I would say almost all were in consecutive order basically they gave me them all!

Patken did not give me ever picture they took. They only provided the ones that would be good enough to put in a album.

I don't think its a big deal. I trust their judgement.

I'm in the process of picking out my album now. I haven't counted up the missing pictures. I def know that the few he took of me in my bra and undies getting into my dress are not in the proofs....(I don't blam him...I'm sure my fat tush didn't look so nice.... )

I called them about the CD of negatives and they said they only give you the pics from the proofs that have been edited and touched up. You don't get the ones where your eyes are closed, etc. etc.

However I don't see it as big deal. If they think the pic is crappy....it probably is.

I had Vinnie & I love my proofs. They were gorgeous. The whole album process is taking forever though.

i was talking to another patken bride about this, and she says 6 months after the album is in? I THOUGHT vinnie said 6 months after the wedding, in that case, that would be sunday for me..
I think the girl said it costs $100 too . . .

i only got 1 album and to be honest we were annoyed
We went to them and spoke with Doug and he reassured us that they chose the best pictures for our album
I hate when I see other brides who got hundreds of amazing pictures!
I also expected more of photojournalistic approach
We just ordered our album and I truly think it will come out great because the pictures we do have are great

I called ADA after reading all the posts and I was told the same thing as you.
