I know so many people who do this - you kind of get the sweet and salty taste altogether. I wonder how it tastes with vegan butter and tofu cream cheese...

Both. I put butter on one side & cream cheese (usually veggie cheese) in the other.

Generally butter, but I will ONLY eat a cinnamon raisin bagel if it is toasted and ahs cream cheese on it
