I usually tip the 20% of the service charge, but if she came to me out of her way or the service was exceptional, I would give more.

I would base it off of what normal trials go for - anywhere between $50 to $100 and use the percentage off that. Maybe even more since they are being kind enough for a free trial. HTHS
