what is the average cost for a bridal shower? I am curious b/c my BP will be paying...I just want to get a handle on how much they could be spending. (they are also planning to take me to Vegas for Bachelorette Party)
Most likely it will be in a restaurant or hall, about 40-50 people.

Mine is either $28 or $29 a head (can't remember) before tax and gratuity.

I'd say $30 is the average on Long Island, the places we've looked at here in the city ( I still live in Manhattan) are a little closer to $45 a person
