I think that Z100 tries to create drama like this, especially when it comes to such a sensitive topic such as weddings. A week or two ago they got me really upset by saying that a woman has no right to wear white on her wedding day unless she is a virgin - that is like lying to all your guests. Apparently what they did yesterday was another ploy to pi$$ off brides. They know that brides can be very sensitive about weddings and try to push buttons to get a rise out of us. Now that they have found this website, we will probably be hearing them discuss a lot of the topics that are posted here in order to get fodder for their morning show.

I don't know, someone must have emailed them about the whole holiday weekend thing and mentioned LIWeddings, I can't think of how else they would have found the site to read the posts this morning.

I agree. I used to love this show, but they don't have anything to talk about anymore. Gregg T is soooo rehearsed, it's not even funny and Elvis is so corney it's sickening.

The worst part of all is that their ratings are going to skyrocket because all of us will be listening....waiting for them to say something that would prompt us to call up and B****h...... I hate Z100.... They're topics are completely repetitive or just ignorant in general..... no good....

yeah i can't even listen to them anymore-- i prefer my CD's over ALL talk radio shows!! i'm just so sick of hearing everyone go on and on about anything and everything, most of what they say is nothing but negativity, it just brings me down and my day is only just starting!! i've been much happier on the way to work lately listening to Billy Joel, Johnny Cash, Donna Summer, etc on my IPOD!! ... and then them with a little bit of the beatles ALL the way home

You know that there station isgoing down the tubes when they have to advertise on the television. I was listening to that girl danielle this morning, she needs to get a clue. with an attitiude like that she wont get very far.

i listen to my ipod in the morning b/c the last thing i need at 7 am is blah blah blah it puts me back to sleep.
and i think the station does this to get all the brides panties in a bunch and look at us. i agree they were out of line, but who cares what they think really?

Just to clarify...A girl called in to tell them about the issues she is having with her FIL with her wedding. Another bride here commented about it on here either today or yesterday. I THINK that's how this has all come about...that's my take on it anyway. I wasn't under any impression that Z100 was reading this website.
