we blocked off 10 rooms
turned out more than 15 were reserved

i made 20

im glad i did cause some people who got to shiit faced at the hotel bar decided to get a room at the last minute

we had 44 rooms blocked so i think we made 50 just to have a few extras.

I am doing 10. I am only dropping them off at the hotel where I have my block. Some of my OOT's are staying in other places...so they are not getting them.

We prepared 33 with 30 rooms blocked.
I asked the Sales Manager to send me an updated list of blocked rooms a couple of weeks and again a few days leading up to the wedding.
I made a few extra for last min ppl who I knew would end up getting a room. We had no leftovers.

we blocked 25 rooms... I ordered enough stuff to make 50 bags...

maybe I should have thought this threw a little more, but I was assuming more people will stay than we blocked originally..

I guess we'll see...

Worst case, it's LI wine and North Fork Chips so it won't go bad once I don't need to fit into the dress anymore
