For our tasting they allow the bride, groom and both set of parents. If we were only allowed to bring 4 people however, I think we'd do us and both of our moms!

We just brought his parents, mine had come when we booked. I ask my parents if they minded & they said , no my mom is too picky & my dad likes anything, so DH's parents were a better help.
If you can't decide, could you bring BM & MOH instead?

When we had our final appointment. FH and I took our moms... The poor gut looked like a deer caught in headlights with the 3 of us going back and forth talking about cakes, seating arrangements, and linen... I felt so bad for him

JMO but I would bring as few people as possible.
I usually go to many vendors just by myself. FH is easy going and travels a lot for business. My mom is deceased and my dad is handicapped. We are paying for the wedding ourselves.
The vendors love it when it's just me. Honestly, they don't appreciate a lot of people, only those vital to the decision making process. Same thing for bridal salons, the less the better. too many people = too many opinions.

My parents (not his.. they live in NJ and TN) my aunt and my MOH. My aunt is my mom's twin and she has no girls so we have been including her in the planning a lot.. My MOH wanted to come and my Uncle wasn't feeling well last minute. SOOOO Lisa came.. And she hit on her DJ all night long! LOL

I went to a tasting at my hall last week with my FH, FMIL and mom. FH & my lunch were free, but the other 2 were $25 (for both).

For the tasting it was me, FH, FBIL, FMIL, and my parents. FFIL had to work that day. It was the weekend that my parents met FH's family, so it was a nice activity to do together (and a chance for my parents to see the hall)
