For an egg sandwich (not bagels) - Wunderbar in Port Jeff.
For bagels, some place I can't remember the name of in Oceanside owned by the same dude who own's 'Who's Who of CEOs and Execs' - great egg salad too!

u need a bagel in north babylon used to be my favorite..but they are under different ownership and not as good! fh used to work there too!
