Spinoff to Adelina's Procession Question

I saw of lot of reply's saying that their parents were walking down the aisle. I always thought they were already seated and only the father or both parents walk you down the aisle. That's what I had intended to do but is that wrong?

Is everyone having their moms and dads walk down the aisle???

for FSIL's wedding, my FH walked their mother down the aisle and only her dad walked her down the aisle. i think it's preference.

I am having my mom and dad walk me down the isle. I think its all about personal prefs. No right or wrong way.

dh walked down the aisle with his mom

i had my mom walk down the aisle with my best man friend

i walked down the aisle with my brother

it was important for us to have them be a part of the procession since they helped so much

same for me but fh and I intitally had planned to make him an usher but now I don't think it's necessary.

is your brother just wearing a suit (not tux)?

THIS!
FH will be walked down by his parents as well and then we'll be following the traditional Jewish processional order, which I believe begins with the Rabbi and then everyone else...

this is what I am doing as well. Also, I had suggested to FH that he walk down the aisle first with his parents, just so he can have a 'grand entrance' himself. He liked the idea but not sure if his parent's are going to want to do that. We'll decide at the rehearsal.

My cousin is walking my mom down the aisle and my dad is walking me down

I'm having both my parents walk me down. I have a lot of reasons for this, and it would be kinda long so I don't want to get into why. FH's parents walk out first I believe, then the officiant, FH, and the BM. It's not really part of the processional, it's like a pre-processional thing. We are having 3 different songs for the ceremony because we did it this way.

I am not having any parents walk down the aisle. My friends father is giving me away and any other parental unit will be sitting already. We are doing this just incase my biological parents show up to not cause a scene

FH and I just had this discussion. The guys will all be up front already except my brother who will walk my mom in and then join the guys. His grandmother will be ushered in by his good friend who's not in the bp. And his mom will walk in with her husband, and his dad with his wife. And my dad will walk me down the aisle.
