Spinoff to Bachelorette Party , Jack & Jill Party ?
thought it be cool to see , being we all kinda sorta have a idea what we wanna do ,, Are you gonna do it together in one night or what have you,,
Ill go 1st ,, I want a Jack & Jill,,,

I went to a Jack & Jill party in the summer time--but it was more like a shower that both men & women can attend. Basically a barbecue with gifts and games. My MOH is throwing me a standard shower, and probably the Jack & Jill as a bbq.
Are you talking about having a joint bachelor/bachelorette party? i think that can be cool.

ooh, i never thought about jack and jill other types of parties besides bachelorette/bachelor parties!
that BBQ sounds like fun too... very nice idea.
we are doing the jack and jill idea for our bachelor / bachelorette party... we are excited, should be sometime next summer.
we might do a dinner/dance cruise around NYC or go to a great restaurant in the city and to a comedy club and then dancing!!
either way it should be a lot of fun for all of us... it's nice that all of our BP are couples and they are all friendly and know each other well so it makes it really comfortable...

I really like the idea of a Jack and Jill bachelorette party. Today is the first I have heard of that. I have been to Jack and Jill showers.
I might consider it because FH and I have mostly the same friends. Though I really have had my heart set on a spa weekend and the guys are definitely not feelin' that!

we are actually doing both. the BP consists mostly of family members. For me my older sisters and FH is having his Uncles. So we are doing bachelor/bacheloette parties separate. For the girls we will go to the spa or something like that and the guys to a yankess game. Then we will have a jack and jill with all of our younger friends and stuff. Go out to the city or something. I just couldnt imagine getting plastered with my older sisters. They are more like aunts or something, being that they are 38, 37 and 35 and me being 22. They have been more motherly to me.

FH and I are having one together. All of our friends get along and we would rather be together that night. We are all a very dangerous group when we are together

We are having separate parties, we have the same friends but I want a girls night out and he wants a guys night out!!

We are prob gonna do the jack & jill bachlorette/bachlor party,, Most of my family is in teh bp so it makes sense & everyone in the bp is allready married with kids, so ,,,,
As for my shower, my mom i sdoing it all hush hush,, & she would never hear of a jack & jill for the shower,,

we are doing both... the entire BP knows eachother as we're all friends so we're planning a weekend at Mohegan or AC... the first night will be a jack & jill where we all go out together and the second night we'll have our separate bachelor and bachelorette parties...

i def would love to have a jack and jill BA party- hopefully the plan is to rent a hummer limo and go to AC or Mohegan- only thing is MOH who is my sister will be 19 so Im not quite sure yet if that will happen- if not maybe we can chill in the city- watch a broadway or something I dunno yet! any ideas?

I think we will def be doing seperate parties. The girls and me will be heading off to Florida and FH and his guys to Vegas.
