Just wondering what people are getting their parents if anything.
We are getting both sets a photo and video package. We got them very nice parent albums, enlarged pictures and a DVD copy. Should we get them other things?
What is everyone else getting their parents?

I was just going to give them albums. my fsil got married in sept adn bought actual gifts, is this something new?

Well, we are getting my mom and Dad a trip to stay in the city at the Marriott Marquee. FH and I just went. THey have a great Package called the ' Escape Package'. It included Champagne and chocolate, Dinner, and Breakfast.
FH parents we will get a weekend in either Vermont or Montauk. They don't really like the city.

Both are parents don't expect anything. We just wanted to do it. THey are both helping out with the wedding, so it was just a nice thing to do.

Where did you get the information about that package at the Marriott? I want to do something similar for my parents, they really have done a lot for us.. For FH parents I think we are going to get them a wine of the month club for a few months.
