My bridesmaids are all wearing whatever dress they want from Jim Hjelm in eggplant and the material of my choosing. I sent them options and the dresses they picked are between 240-260 before alterations. I think it's too much now.
Can you guys recommend any nice dresses or show me some of yours. Our color are eggplant and gold. Was thinking BMs would wear eggplant and MOH wear gold???

Jim Hjelm dresses are ridiculously expensive at normal bridal salons - I would try calling other places who carry Jim Hjelm. I'm getting my BM dresses from Burtons which was the cheapest I found (my Jim Hjelm dresses are all less than $200). Or you can try RK Bridal no frills or even Here Comes the Bridesmaid in NYC - all significantly cheaper.

I called Here comes the bridesmaid and one dress was $290 there but $260 at Bridal Reflections.

OMG! I just called RK and they are 40 dollars less than what Here Comes the Bride quoted me for one dress....THANKS GIRLS!!!!!!!
I'm going to call Burtons now!

Did you tell them how many BMs you have? Their actual price tag is high, but when I told them it would be 6 BMs they matched RK Bridal's price without me even asking.

Check with the salon you ordered your wedding dress from. They will often give discounts to your BMs. My girls got 20% off.
