Would anyobe mind sharing exactly what they;re closing costs amounted to and who got what. We were told to plan on $10,000, is that for real??

We bugeted for 12K just to be on the safe side, but our good faith estimate was about $6500 so we will see, I will let you know how accurate they were when we close!
