I hate mayo, but I will eat things made with mayo. Like egg salad.
But eww, if it's on my finger from making DH's sandwich, I won't lick it off.
ETA- Pickled or creamed herring. Yuck.

Fried fish. I actually had to get up from a table at a restaurant and go outside, the smell was so bad.
Chinese food and tunafish I also have a problem with but only if it's not mine. If I can smell it, but don't know what it is, it makes me gag.

ok i am just posting one - this is tough though:
tomatoes. . . if i bite into something and there is tomato in it i will gag!!! yuck i cant even think of them
but i do eat sauce and ketchup - completely different - tomatoes are slimey and seedy and EWWWW
i want to add two more - but i will control myself!
