I think this group would be perfect in taking pole dance lessons...I actually thought about it before...it is a workout and a half and I think they have dance studios all around the city...whatdoyathink?
Def something to talk about soon I lost 35 lbs since I had the baby but I definitely would like to shed another 20lbs...

I used to take cardio strip on occassion at Crunch.

Naun-I was down 25 lbs. 3 weeks pp...but I am breastfeeding...so thats another reason to do it!
