I think they are usually in the 3-5 range.....I have seen 4-6 too.....7 is kind of on the high end!

The Woodlands suggests $5 - 7, but we will likely give $3-5.

My hall suggested $2,000. I'm having 150 people. That's $13 pp. Anyone want to guess as to whether he'll actually receive that?!?!?

They suggest 4-6 for us. We gave a little under 6 per person but he was GREAT. And they threw in a martini bar as a surprise to us.

We did $3/pp because of budget restraints~but wish we could've done more~he was sooooo awesome!! He even had to help DH cut the cake because that's how lit up DH was

Wow, my RH put it in the contract -- $450 -- which is a little more than $2pp. Major deal compared to $7!!

We negotiated ours to be in the flat rate for 200people guarantee.... So I don't even know what it would end up being.... but they suggested 3-5 initially (I think theirs was a percentage, though, not a dollar amt... which is part of why we negotiated it out!!!)

Normally I am a big tipper but seeing as they keep switching people everyother day at the woodlands - they r lucky if they get 2pp!

My mom and grandma were talking to me about this. They said in all the weddings in the family, everyone has always given much less than what it suggested. $800-900 seems a little ridicious for a 'tip'
