Tough call. i would want to keep it for spite for him cheating... however, I wouldn't want naything that reminds me of him.

Also, if he cheated, I'd have his balls to sell, as well

The ring represents a promise FH made to me. and if he broke that promise he would not deserve to have it back, and i think he would know that

I would try, but he would probably try and get it back since you 'technically' am not allowed to keep it. (gift in contemplation of marriage and all that crapola)

ETS- I would definitle use it as collateral to get back my share of wedding $ spent!

Listen I think if it's a mutual call off then you follow the whole gift or not gift idea, but if he screws up like that you better believe nothing else matters...I'm keeping it!
