Spinoff to my own 'Must Take Photo' list... do you put names on the list?
Do you put 'Groom with brothers'? or 'Nic with Jason and Ryan'?

I would stick to generic - groom with brothers less confusion

Yea, keep it generic bc your photographer might not know who Ryan is but he'll figure out that 'that guy' is the groom's brother.
It's also good to assign someone (one person from your side and one from FH's) to act as a liason with your photographer so they can go get the groom's brother if he's needed for a pic.
