Spinoff to now there are 6

So I have 2 very good friends of mine that I should have asked in the 1st place to be BM's. Should I ask them to be a part of it now. Or do you think they may feel hurt or angry that they are 2nd choice. (they are not really second choice even thought I am asking them now) Honest opinions please.

I would ask them know. Your wedding is 9 months away, you still have time to change your mind.

i think its fine if you do it....you have time. But id think id have to sit w. them and explain the situation w/ them so they dont think they are 2nd choice!
