Re: Spinoff to NRC Ladies - Help me pick a cake

we had yellow cake with French custard and fresh banana's, and it was a big hit with people.

I am also a fan of yellow cake, chocolate pudding and strawberries or rasberries

I'm always a fan of cannoli, but DH wouldn't let me because he doesn't like it.....not like we really ate any of it anyway

Glad to see our hall has such yummy choices!

I think strawberry filling is always very popular....and I think chocolate mousse filling sounds yummy!

I'll probably pick yellow cake with raspberry and white chocolate mousse.

Re: Spinoff to NRC Ladies - Help me pick a cake

i would do marble cake with banana and chocolate pudding fillings (if they can do 2 fillings)

eta... we didn't use nrc obviously, but we had alternating chocolate and vanilla cake with raspberry jam and chocolate mousse fillings and it was absolutey delicious! you could do a variation of that with marble cake and raspberry fruit and chocolate mousse fillings
