Spinoff to NWR thread: Do the moms exercise everyday?
It got me thinking that I just don't have time... except to take the baby for a walk. Been trying to do 1.5 miles everyday and working up to 3 miles.
For those of you that do exercise how do you fit it in and what do you do?

We walk every day - sometimes twice, and I just joined the gym but have only gotten there 1xper week so far.

Exercise??? What is that??? LOL.
I am trying to go at night after Ava is asleep b/c then I know that my house is in order, she doesn't need me and my hubby can relax after work. I come home, shower and hubby and I watch tv together and catch up.

Does cleaning up after a 2 year old, her father and her little brother and chasing around the 2 year old and running errands w/ 2 kids in tow count?

Not a mom yet but I am trying to exercise but haven't been great about it. I joined prenatal yoga so I go to that once a week and I try to get to Curves 2-3 times a week so the goal is to be more consistent with this.
I am hoping to continue at Curves and walking once the baby arrives.

I actually ho to the gym 4 times a wwek and 3 of thwem i leave Jillian in the nursery.. it is nice to have thosae two house to myself..It is hard thoiugh to get there sometimes.. now that the watehr is nicer it is much easier

I have been going for walks with the baby as often as I can, providing that the weather cooperates, which here in Ireland can be rare. I hope to join a gym when we come home next month. Lets see how that turns out. I am finding it difficult enough to keep up with him, clean the house, do the shopping, laundry etc and having a few moments to myself to relax.

I was wondering the same thing!! If not, then no exercise for me
