Spinoff to Rita's tips

I know this has been asked before but are you giving tips to people who own their own business? And how does that tipping go, percentage wise?

I need help on these with amounts or if you wouldnt give.

Photog
DJ- (the MC will be the owner), I will also have a Dj and percussionist
Organist- paying the church an additional fee of 250 for them. I will have only met them once before our wedding day (hope to GOD, lol)

I decided im definatley not giving my makeup and hair person, i am paying a lot and its going all to them!!!! i mean serious money, lol.

Oh also need help on bridal attendants

i dont think you need to give anything to the minister

I personally am tipping anyone who owns a business or not the same amount of money I would someone who wasnt
