Spinoff to Songs post... Group dances..

I have banned anything related to a chicken dance, electric slide, macarena, etc. I am permitting Cotton Eyed Joe cause my friend's husband does a mean dance to it. We'll do the twist and other timeless stuff and for my daughter we'll play the Peanut Butter Jelly Jam but that's it. My DJ will not be allowed to take requests for them either

cha cha slide
cupid shuffle
jump on it
time warp

We will only be having the electric slide because both of our moms LOVE it and it's also a joke between a few of my BMs and me. We formed a dance company after college and we used to joke that the electric slide was our 'group warm up'. It's really not that funny but it always makes us crack up anyways.

I guess if someone requests something I'd be okay with it unless it is a conga line. I hate those things.
