My older brother is getting married end of June... My other brother is his best man. My younger brother (BM) is obviously expected to give a speech... he's a musician of sorts, and had mentioned to me the possibility of writing a song in lieu of a speech, to sing to the bride and groom. He's just not sure if it would be ok to do that... anybody have any thoughts?

anybody can do a speech, but writing a song would be really personal, and I think very touching. I know I would definitely be really touched if somebody wrote a song for us for our wedding.

I'm a musician and my FH is a musician and his twin brother (the best man) is also a musician and a ukelele player, lol. I am expecting his speech to be in song form with his ukelele. I think it will be cute and funny if he does that. Makes it different and rememberable. I would go with the song, just make sure he plays it for you first just in case.
