The first time my mom knew, was when I showed her a proof for the wedding invite...she said 'you can't marry him with a middle name like that'. She was just kidding...LOL

DH is tricky...its Jean (technically)

yup...first name John...middle name Jean

but he was originally Jean Augustus (after his father), but as a kid he said he would get teased a lot for the French name...and I guess some fights broke out...so the ethnocentric principal told his mom to have it legally changed to John...but they still wanted to represent his father (who passed away)...so they kept Jean...

He doesn't use it at all...sometimes an initial...but he says he is trying to phase it out...He got a new SS card and he was able to have it taken off...

I hate that name. It was his grandfathers name.

Douglas, he hates it, but I like it since it is my grandfather's name.

He wanted a Junior, but doesn't want to use his middle name.
