I cried and jumped up and down and cried some more! FH teared up but I wouldnt say cried, he was sooo nervous ...he is not a huge fan of a lot of attention and we did have it!

same here! I cry during freakn' commercials!! but when it was 'my time' I was stunned into silence, literally. lol

FH had to finally say 'well, are you going to say yes??'

I didn't actually cry, but I did cry out 'oh my God' about 100 times! The following day FH told me that I never really did give him an answer!!

i couldnt cry at first cause i was in too much shock, couldnt even answer him....lol i cried later on when it finally hit me

I cried for about 10 minutes and just hugged him. It was the most emotional and magnificent moment of my life

I wouldn't say we cried but we were both teary eyed!! I actually just held onto him and wouldn't let go. He had to ask 'is that a yes' just to make sure! We both couldn't stop smiling!!!

I was definitely in at first and then I cried when I realized it was really happening. I just couldn't believe it. My FI had me so thrown off, I never thought I would've been proposed to by him. Besides we weren't even dating a year at the time. However he's been my bestest friend since kindergarten!! It was some thing in the making but never thought at that time. I was the happiest girl in the world on August 27th!!

Exactly with us! FH hates attention, and although I'm not a big fan of it, I was very excited and cried... made me cry more when I heard our mom's crying and hugging each other.

I really thought I'd cry, but he had me so off-guard. I was SURE he was going to do it IN the restaurant & he surprised me by doing it on the street (where we first kissed). I was mad & shocked & he said my first words were, 'that's stupid.'

I think if it was in the restaurant I would have cried.
