I thought I had this all decided until recently.
I wasn't going to wear a necklace because my dress is very beaded near the neckline and I don't want it to be too much. BUT I just realized that my dress has little pearls in it (I didn't even know, I know, I'm crazy) so I can wear pearls and crystals now! (It was hard finding just crystal or rhinestone things.) So now I think I am going to wear drop-pearl earrings with a little diamond stud above the drop and a similar necklace on a simple white gold chain (very short chain so that the pearl sits just belong my neck, almost like a choker).
I never wear bracelets because I think they are annoying, but I may wear one on my wedding day... my FMIL mentioned to me on my bday this past summer that she almost got me a pearl bracelet for my wedding until my FH told her I wanted a watch. (I may HAVE to wear it then.)

i dont think its a big procedure...i read up on this on sites and seems like you pay a certain fee for whatever piece you rent, can be a few hundred dollars or if you go really big low thousands. Im sure you'll have to fill out paper work. I know they deliver it to you the day of, im almost sure of this...ive seen them do this on wedding shows on tv and they did this for a bride, a lady with two security guards came to drop off her jewelry.
