SPINOFF to WEDDING RELATED QUESTION

What is the least important thing in planning your wedding or where do you plan on saving some ?

For me, I think I'll probably save on flowers. But then again, who knows until I start looking. I've gone a little over budget on everything I've done so far!!

To be honest Im trying to eliminate all the little things OR do them on my own.......

I saved on flowers since i only have a MOH and BM. I didnt have to get a lot of bridal party flowers

flowers -- they die anyway. lol

limo -- ceremony & reception in same place....no need for the grand entrance or stretch hummer. (we have a small BP)

im probably not going to get involved in a lot of little things like cry packs bathroom baskets etc...however if im staying under budget which it looks like may hopefully happen, i may do a couple litlle DIY

There's a lot of things that I am cutting out. I don't think I will miss having them nor will people realize they don't exist. I am not having Limo's, not doing crypacks, petal cones barely doing favors - flowers I am cutting in half from what I was going to do. I try to keep in perspective that it's one day --and it only lasts 5 hours. I am at work a heck of a lot longer than that on a normal day.
However I won't budge on my dress, my hall or my FH!! Or my friends...even w/out the extras it's going to be a blast...

I saved $3000 on my DJ.. bc he is family.. I got it for free.. and what a great DJ he is!!

We are cutting out ALOT... alot of things mentioned on LIW, we aren't even doing... like video or any extras

Also, the place where I want to REALLY not spend much are the flowers, bc they die and in myo opinion not worth the money that I see people are charged...

yeah me too-- that's where i am trying to cut corners so that all the 'big' vendors can be equally important to one another
