Spinoff to when did you buy your veil & headpiece???

I was going to wait until my dress comes in at the end of March to get my veil. Is this too late? I am going to hopefully find a hair comb this month at Thomas Knoell. When should I look for a veil?

I would think that you have time... you'll have a better perspective once you see your dress again of what will look best etc.

Just keep in mind if you are having it made or custom done that will prob take a few weeks. I would go browsing and get an idea of which vendors you like. This way when you are ready to order, you don't have to do too much research on where to go - just decide on style, color and design, ya know

TK has really nice things - that's where my headpiece is from! Love him - def a fav vendor

I actually ordered my veil and headpiece when I ordered my dress. But I think you have some time to look.

I am going to bring in a pic of my dress to TK on the 21st when I go and I guess I will wait for my veil once my dress actually comes in. I want to get my headpiece so I have it for my hair trial ...once I set that up. Thanks!!!

TK is very good at working with you! I actually ordered my earrings from him and he picked out a design that goes perfectly with my dress ( I brought pics too!) so have fun!!!!

I dont think thats to late so many places gave so many for you to choose from right then and there

i ordered my veil with the dress but i am waiting for the headpiece for when i actually see the dress and veil on to see what looks best...so prob may...

i am getting veil most likely at same place i bought my dress so it will be easy because they will have the exact color of my dress and can match the veil

I don't think you should be nervous. I think you have time. Why don't you ask the store where you bought the dress?

Im having my veil made by the woman doing my dress. Im not wearing a head piece with it, but I am switching to a silk hair flower after the cocktail hour which will be the one my sister wore in her wedding. itll be my something borrowed!

Thanks ladies. I will probably end up getting it where I got my dress so that I know it matches. I am really not too crazy about veils though so hopefully I will like something
