I was thinking that, but is that too easy?? I think he wanted to put something in gaelic on mine since I'm irish (not that I speak gaelic)...im so torn!

Where do you get the engraving done? We bought FH's ring at Fortunoff...do they do it?

We kept it pretty simple and just did:

My name and the wedding date in his ring
His name and the wedding date in my ring

Seriously tho I was thinking of one of these:

Gra Geal Mo Chroi , gaelic for love light of my life

Gra go deo (Love Forever in Gaelic).

Mo Anam Cara (the Gaelic for My Soul Mate)

Not a native Irish speaker or anything but I do know that chroi means 'heart'... in both the physical and figurative sense... so your translation for number one might not be exactly accurate ... that might loosely translate to 'love of my heart'

I got 'I promise you forever 6-30-07' engraved in FH's ring because when he proposed he asked 'promise me forever?' so I thought that had special meaning
