Spinoff: What is the worst thing you've done for revenge?

I don;t know how much the homewrecker posters are motivated by revenge, but it got me thinking, did you ever slash the tires of your ex who cheated on you, or put nair in the shampoo of the girl who stole your prom date? What's the worst thing you've done in revenge?


When my ex was cheating on me I was really angry. I wasn't angry in the sense b/c he was my boyfrined, to me that was secondary to the fact that we had been best friends for YEARS, and so i felt more betrayed by that than anything. And he was SUCH a liar. He lied to me, he lied to the other girls he was running around with. he's just manipulative and dangerous. What i really wanted to do was take out an ad in the paper, post fliers and make a website telling the world what a liar and a cheater he was. What I actually did was have really bizzare catalogs sent to his house, like catalogs for incontinence prodcuts, and info packets on impotence. I know....oooohhh.....so vengeful.

I have THOUGHT of really great things to do, but I probably wouldn't have even had the balls enough to send funny catalogs! Boring and chicken, I know!

So far I have found the best revenge is waiting for life to catch up to the other person. What goes around comes around.

For example, my last ex before my current SO, was my friend first and then we started something. It was weird because we were coworkers and had to keep things hush hush. Well, he decided to tell me on the day before Valentine's day (4 of us were going on a weekend ski trip) that he was in love with and seeing my best friend at work!! I never went to the ski trip. They came back from Vday and moved in together. Then, she (more than he) made things at work really awkward and horrible. Three years later, she has left him twice, moved across the country, broken his heart, and come back crawling... the third time was the charm and they don't see each other anymore... but she made his life a living hell the last few years, and I didn't have to do a thing!

I DO think of GREAT things to do, too bad I could never actually do them!

I've honestly never once gotten revenge on anybody. There have been times that I've wanted to so badly, but I've never been able to go through with it.

same with me. one of my best friends stole my prom date and all I did was write her a letter telling her what a bad friend she was.

I started goin gout w/some guy who I met at a school dance. I was like 14 at the time-It was one of those stupid things-Anyways, he told me he kissed another girl-Well I procedeed to go on Z100 and break up w/him on air. HAHA!!!!

And I thought the time I broke up with a guy's voicemail was bad!

When my freshman year in h.s. BF and I broke up, it was sooo weird - It was mid-november, and we were on the PHONE until a thunderstorm knocked the power out. HE NEVER CALLED BACK, EVER AGAIN after that!!!

We had the same english class, and our assignment was to analyze a song, and present it to the class. I chose, get this, NOVEMBER RAIN, and proceeded to discuss the lack of communication, etc. He was SQUIRMING in his seat, and later apologized for never calling back.

We still talk today.

In college my nemesis had very, very thin hair, to the point where it looked balding. One of my other friends called and requested a Rogaine for Women brochure and video to be sent to her....That night I felt so guilty I called and asked them not to send it!

This is nasty & I don't think I'd ever do it again but....

I was going out w/ this guy for a few months (my friend backed out on our cruise b/c her dad was very sick) so I asked current guy to go with me. We were exclusive at that point.

We went & he couldn't go 5 minutes without blatently STARING at EVERY girl that walked by in a bikini or nice outfit...I mean not just glancing but STARING. We got into an argument about this and he stormed out after dinner one night saying he was going for a cigar.

Hours went by...I decided to turn on the TV & it was on our online billing. I saw he was in the disco & buying drinks...well...he didn't drink.

I got decked went to the disco & proceeded to see him necking on the dance floor w/ some chic. I went up to him & said if you are not back in our room in 5 minutes all your s&it will be out in the hall. Well, he ended up coming back 2 hours later & found his condoms, underwear in the hall. I refused to let him in as he was pounding on the door. I told him to go back to her room.

I finally let him in the next morning & I had emptied his entire suitcase on the floor & trampled on everything. I also had taken his toothbrush & cleaned out the toilet with it.

He had no underwear, no condoms & a dirty mouth!!!

He deserved it!
